If you need to exchange an item you MUST place a new order on-line.  You will be refunded once your items have been received. 

You must contact us using this RETURN FORM. We will contact you with a return number.

 
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return.

1. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. 
2. Complete this return form to obtain your return number.
3. You will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges.  It is up to you to insure and track your package.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are being returned.
4. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise, the purchase price (not shipping charges) will be credited to the original source you used to purchase the products.
5. Package the merchandise and mail to the address below.
6. Soil, worn, altered, or laundered merchandise will not be credited.  Items must be in original condition with tags intact. Any single item priced $80.00 and over, or returns over $100 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
7. If you need to re-order an item, place a new order on-line at www.CamoTrends.com.  This will ensure quick delivery of your new order.  No exchanges will be processed with returns.  You must place a new order on-line.
